I see videos of gosu SC players who are really accurate with mouse. I don’t think I can get that good just by playing SC, are there some 3rd party programs that will help train mouse skills?

Laptop Mouse?

I have a laptop and it has two different mouses… the red dot in the middle of the keyboard and the flat square one below the space bar and they both have worked simultaneously for the past year since I’ve had this laptop. However, today the flat touch one isn’t working. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I don’t like the red dot because my hand cramps up from being stretched out… its fine for the short-term, but not for the long-term for me.

I already tried going to Control Panel and Mouse and trying to fix it, but there is nothing there that had anything to do with these two types of mouses.

Thanks to all who answer!

Not a computer mouse

Funny commercial for a computer mouse

I use a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 battery-operated mouse. It uses two AA batteries that lay next to each other in different directions. When I cleaned it recently, I took out one battery so that the buttons wouldn’t work, but they still did! I thought it might be a temporary thing, but it’s been working on one battery for over a week now. It doesn’t matter which side the battery is in or which battery I use. It works, everything – the buttons and the movement of the cursor.

1) How is this possible?
2) Should I use two batteries even though one works?

Is it possible to get electrocuted through a wireless mouse during a storm? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I often worry about this as I have a wireless mouse.

Thank you!

I Have a HP wireless elite desktop keyboard and mouse bundle (using only 1 usb dongle to drive both device). I don’t like the mouse, so I plan to buy another wireless mouse (also from HP, but different model/type). So can I still pair/connect the new mouse with my existing usb dongle (no need to install another usb dongle that came with the new mouse) ?

Hi, I have a wireless mouse keyboard combo from Logitech, the keyboard works great still, but the mouse will no linger work when replacing batteries. I know it a problem with the mouse alone, like the connectors, but I tried extending them, so it would make good contact, but that didnt work. Any other possible solutions to fixing the mouse?
